Strawberry Popsicles

With a little hidden source of protein for your little ones…

STRAWBERRY POPSICLES

Time: 5 minutes // Servings: 8-10 popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, stems trimmed

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla greek yogurt (full fat works best)

  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  • In a food processor or blend, blend all ingredients together until well combined.

  • Pour into popsicle molds and place a popsicle stick in each mold.

  • Freeze overnight. Run warm water over popsicle molds for easy removal. Enjoy immediately or keep frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
